Our menus have been developed by Chef
Joseph Prete for the past 30 years. Emphasis is placed on simple,
fresh ingredients and Italian cooking methods. Pizzas are baked in
a brick oven. Fresh pastas are made in-house daily and our dried pastas
are imported from Italy.
Served at our restaurant, the core lunch and dinner
menus include a selection of antipasti, soups, salads, brick-oven
pizza, housemade pastas, grilled meats and a variety of desserts. |
